Most items sold through this store are custom-made and produced on demand after an order is placed.

Because products are created specifically for each customer, all sales are considered final. We generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or substantially different from what was ordered, customers should contact the fulfillment provider responsible for producing and shipping that item. Resolution of such issues is subject to the policies of the fulfillment partner.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping details before completing their purchase.
