Many products offered through this store are produced and shipped by independent print-on-demand and fulfillment partners.
Production times, shipping times, tracking information, and delivery schedules may vary depending on the product ordered and the fulfillment partner handling that item.
If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, items may arrive separately.
Customer Service
Customer service for product quality issues, shipping issues, damaged items, misprints, incorrect products, or fulfillment errors is generally handled by the fulfillment partner responsible for producing and shipping the item.
If you experience a problem with an order, please first contact the customer service department associated with the product you purchased.
Returns & Refunds
Because products are produced on demand, we do not offer refunds or returns for:
Buyer's remorse
Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color
Accidental purchases
Preference changes after ordering
However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered, customers should contact the appropriate fulfillment provider for resolution.
Requests may be subject to the policies and requirements of the fulfillment partner responsible for that product.
